Presently we have more than 1200 crew members under contract on more than 53 foreign ship owners vessels, our client database including some of the largest ship management companies of France.

ARPINAV has more than adequate space, facilities, equipment and manpower to meet the requirements of our clients. Crewing, communication and control are supported with powerful software including specially designed computer crewing application helping us update the information and keep constant track of our candidates, crewmembers on-board and on-leave, their documents, health, and readiness status.

Experience

ARPINAV has many years of vast experience in recruiting crew members for various types of vessels, e.g. Bulk Carrier, LPG, Tankers, Containers, Heavy Cargo Vessels, as well as in the selection and recruitment of personnel for sea related jobs on shore.

Due to this policy we have created an extensive and constantly growing database of various maritime specialists, providing the possibility of supplying seafarers for oil tankers, gas tankers, chemical tankers and reefers and other types of specialized vessels in addition to the conventional types of vessels.

Staff

All sea staff recruited by our company holds valid certificates, licenses, endorsements, and all other necessary documents required by STCW78/95. We keep the validity of the crew documents under our constant control and ensure they are revalidated in time.
